With little more than 5 months until PAX Australia 2017 is set to commence, Rooster Teeth attending the event is some good news.

With Michael and Lindsay’s attendance to PAX Australia last year, Rooster Teeth co-founder Burnie Burns is set to make his appearance this year. Along with holding his own booth and (most likely) Rooster Teeth panel, Burnie will also address the convention with an opening “storytime” keynote.

To anyone who is familiar with Rooster Teeth, no doubt this news has you giddy with excitement. Along with Red vs. Blue, Burnie is also regarded for his 2015 sci-fi comedy flick Lazer Team, The Sims parody series The Strangerhood, and animated web series RWBY.

Red Vs Blue
15 seasons… At this point, Halo is literally more than just a game!

In addition to their creative work, Rooster Teeth also regularly covers gaming news, let’s play videos, podcasts, and events (RTX being their most notable).

For those who may not be aware, PAX Australia is a yearly festival held for gamers throughout all walks of life. From board games, to consoles, to PC and cosplay, PAX events are held all the way throughout the year.

With most of the festivals held in numerous states in North America, PAX Australia remains their only international convention. Since its debut in 2013, PAX Australia has seen guest appearances from other Rooster Teeth staff members, such as Blaine Gibson, Joel Heyman, Jack Pattillo and Michael Jones.

If you wish to attend PAX for the chance to meet Burnie, be sure to grab your tickets early via the PAX registration site. PAX Australia is set to be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on October 27th to the 29th.
