You better get in quick – this Final Fantasy screening is something you don’t want to miss!
Released through Madman Entertainment, the stunningly animated Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV will be screening in cinemas across Australia and New Zealand from August 27. Sadly, this is for a strictly limited season.
The film is the stand-alone companion feature film to one of the year’s – and ours here at Digital Fox – most anticipated games, Final Fantasy XV, set to be hitting shelves on September 30, 2016. The release will be for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Not lacking in the talent department by any stretch, the voices of Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) and Sean Bean (The Lord of the Rings trilogy) are featured.
The magical kingdom of Lucis is home to the sacred Crystal, and the menacing empire of Niflheim is determined to steal it.
At the command of King Regis of Lucis, an elite force of soldiers called the Kingsglaive are tasked with protecting Lucis. This squad and their ruler, King Regis, are the only barrier between the empire and their devious goal of world domination. How will the cards play out?
Featuring cutting edge CGI, Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV comes from the same production team as 2005’s Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, so rest assured, the fate of the film lies in very capable hands. Kingsglaive forms a key part of the Final Fantasy XV multimedia universe.
